Role Clarity:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide exceptional service to a Commercial book of clients. This role will be responsible for leading and developing support staff, so could well be the step up you have been waiting for.

An individual with a thirst for Business Development will flourish in this role.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Sound experience in General Insurance Broking is essential
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive
  • Understanding of Business Pack, ISR, Commercial Fleet, and all other general insurance products is a must!
  • Tier 1 qualification is a minimum and Diploma qualification is highly regarded
  • Outstanding customer focus and approach to business
  • Excellent communication and sound interpersonal skills
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Ability to liaise with colleagues, clients and business partners across a wide range of industries
  • Strong administration skills, Microsoft Office (good knowledge of Word)
