To be considered for this role you'll need - 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified chef and proven in a similar role
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume kitchen
  • Great work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pride in your work with a desire to satisfy all of our patrons, and exceed their expectations where possible
  • A keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work autonomously & with the team
  • Reliable & current references
  • An understanding that this role will entail working nights and weekends across a seven-day roster
  • Cert 3 commercial cookery
  • Adherence to all health and safety regulations

  • A high level of personal cleanliness and hygiene
