About the Opportunity
Our aim is to build our homes at high standards, exceeding our customers’ expectations. Therefore, we are strengthening our client experience with additional client liaison and construction consultants to provide an exception level of experience to our clients when they have queries during the construction of their dream home.
Reporting to the Construction Administration Manager, your main priority is to act as the interface between the clients (be their first point of contact) and the Site Supervisors. You will attend to your clients’ requests, queries and resolve issues as and when they arise during the construction of the home.
An important aspect of this role is to also ensure all construction documentation and related administration requirements are completed promptly and accurately.  In addition, ensure that all communications with the client (written or verbal) are also promptly and informatively updated on the system (customer portal).
About You
It is essential that you love to provide exceptional customer service, each time and every time.  You may come from the building industry but most importantly you come from a strong background in providing customer service in an administrative role.
You always aim to provide your customers with valuable assistance, no matter if they are your team members or external clients seeking your assistance.
We want to see your CV if you have:
  • Extensive experience in administration and customer service;
  • Experience in residential construction
  • Strong desire to assist with problem solving and client queries;
  • The ability to build relationships and work in partnership with other relevant departments and their teams who can assist with your client queries;
  • Great administration and written communications skills
  • Awesome verbal communication where your amazing personality shines through the phone line.
