About Pacific Urethanes 

Pacific Urethanes is an Australian manufacturing organisation based in Dandenong South, Melbourne.

We are currently seeking a Recruitment / HR Change Lead to join our growing organisation, reporting to the CEO and working alongside the executive team. 

This is a fixed-term (6 months) part time position (3 days a week – 2 days in the office), providing Recruitment and Change Management support and advice.

The Role 

  • First point of contact for recruitment, selection and on-boarding
  • Manage the recruitment process - generating employment advertisements, liaising with recruiters / applicants & conducting initial interview/shortlisting candidates
  • Supporting managers with the interview process, offers/ agreements/ variations and accompanying employment documents
  • Manage the employee lifecycle activities
  • Graduate Development strategy execution
  • Attraction/Retention activities

Required Skills: 

  • Relevant experience in Change Management and Recruitment (Preferably in Manufacturing)
  • A professional and mature approach to providing advice, assistance and guidance
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and time management
  • Advanced communication skills and an ability to communicate across the organisation
  • Experience in executing the Remuneration Strategy
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working at the executive and leadership level
  • Strong HR generalist background preferred
