About the Opportunity
Our aim is to build our homes at high standards, exceeding our customers’ expectations. We are strengthening our client experience teams with additional customer service officers to provide an exceptional level of experience to our clients when they have queries about the building of their home.
  
Reporting to the Client Experience Manager, some of your tasks will involve:
  • Providing a high level of customer assistance when responding to our clients via an online ticketing system;
  • Ensure you respond within 24 hours of the online query;
  • Accurately update the systems with client correspondence;
  • Facilitating regular phone calls to Clients with updates on their build
  • Providing updates to the Client Experience Manager on outstanding customer queries;
  • Assist with any ad hoc customer related and administrative tasks as required.
About You
It is essential that you love to provide exceptional customer service, each time and every time.  You come from a strong background in customer service and always aim to provide your customers with valuable assistance, no matter if they are your team members or external clients seeking your assistance.
  
We want to see your CV if you have:
  • Extensive experience in customer service roles;
  • Strong desire to assist with problem solving, providing information to queries and make someone’s day with your assistance;
  • The ability to build fruitful relationships and working in partnership with other relevant departments and their teams who can assist with your client queries;
  • Great administration and written communications skills which are accurate and professional;
  • Awesome verbal communication where your amazing personality shines through the phone line;
  • That amazing personality where people love working with you!
