Plantmark – one of Australia’s leading national wholesale plant nurseries – is seeking an enthusiastic Dispatch Coordinator to join our busy team at Plantmark Willawong.

Plantmark’s operations include seven Wholesale Trade Markets with sales and distribution in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.  Plantmark has been the largest trade supplier to the urban development, landscape and local government sectors for over thirty years and has established an outstanding reputation for excellence within the nursery industry.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Quotes & Orders Manager and liaising with the Sales team, this hands-on role involves loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing plant stock for orders, records administration and coordination of incoming and outgoing greenlife stock. 

Additional general nursery duties may include weeding, watering, grounds maintenance and using trade equipment.

The position is full time, working a five-day Monday to Friday roster.  

Essential attributes

To be successful as a Plantmark Dispatch Coordinator, you will have:

  • Plant knowledge preferred
  • Ability to effectively work unsupervised as well as in a team
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Positive work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
  • Forklift licence desirable

Applicants must also be capable of performing regular heavy lifting tasks and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
