Administration Assistant
Ainsworth Game Technology Limited is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Gaming Machines based at Newington NSW. We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team.
This interesting and varied role will have a dual reporting line to both the Sales Administration Manager and the Assistant Financial Controller. This is a hybrid role and will require the candidate to effectively provide administration support to both the Sales Admin and Finance teams.
The combined duties for this role are as follows:
- Sales order entry
- Preparation of documents related to the delivery of orders
- Liaise with sales, manufacturing and & freight organisations
- Set up of leasing contracts
- Daily invoicing
- Handling customer queries
- Maintenance of customers’ accounts
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proven reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in Pronto ERP system or similar is desirable
