About the role

In this role you will work within an integrated communications team to provide specialist communications advice and expertise, and develop and implement internal communication plans to drive key business priorities.

You will undertake a range of work across the communications mix including (but not limited to):
  • Building internal plans and campaigns that win support
  • Executing tactical programs, including events and comms that engage and connect a diverse team
  • Engaging and building effective relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of communication channels and content  
  • You will communicate persuasively and with sensitivity to the diverse and divergent views of key stakeholders across the enterprise.

In order to be considered, your CV will likely show the following:
  • A strong track record of communications work in organisations with a geographically dispersed and largely operational workforce
  • A passion for internal communications
  • The ability to manage and influence a range of stakeholders in a complex setting
  • Creative approaches to problem solving and building engagement
  • Experience in managing various content, channels and audiences
  • Outstanding writing skills that deliver engaging, consumable content
  • The ability to turnaround engaging digital content
  • Relevant degree qualifications an advantage.
