Who are we?

Halo Service Solutions is a fast-growing software company, building innovative service management platforms for a global audience from our UK, US and Australian offices. Our systems allow businesses and organisations of all kinds to streamline their internal processes and ultimately gain efficiency. Our experienced team has worked with prestigious organisations including Sky TV, Sony and the FBI, and we have ambitious plans to scale quickly over the next few years. 

Our Australian office is based in Melbourne and was established in 2019. Right now, we are looking for new members of our team who are driven, proactive, great communicators and innovative to help support our Australian company. You’ll play a pivotal role in our success from day one, working collaboratively with our friendly team across the globe whilst in direct contact with the Australian senior management team. 

 

Your new role…

In your first few months at Halo, you will get well acquainted with our software, this will include 1-2-1 training with your designated mentor, shadowing members of our expert team in client workshop sessions, and supporting existing clients with their use of the platform. During this time, you will receive full training, regular progression meetings with your manager and salary increases based on your performance. 

Once confident with the system, you’ll have ownership of onboarding new clients to the platform, tackling consultancy projects with our existing clientele, and even have opportunities to visit customers onsite domestically and internationally! In periods of downtime, you’ll be expected to help out with other areas of the business and familiarise yourself with our ever-expanding catalogue of new features.   • Keen to travel the world and meet new people, all whilst delivering excellent customer service
  • Have a “can-do” attitude, a willingness to learn and ability to stay organised
  • A confident communicator, who makes sense of complex ideas and conveys them to others in a way that is easy to understand
  • Interested in any (or all) of the following; Project Management, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Software Consultancy and Data Analytics
  • Excited to help drive innovation, offer new ideas and think up fresh ways of tackling problems

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Customer service experience
  • Good all-round basic IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience of consultancy is desirable but non-essential.
