We have an exciting opportunity for a book lover to join our digital team based in Sydney. Working within a creative digital team of designers, marketers, video editors and social media experts you will devise and publish innovative digital video content for Penguin Random House.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Identifying opportunities to create and produce original content made to suit our readers and Penguin Random House Staff.
- Creating and editing pre-recorded content for live streams, authors, events and other opportunities.
- Experience working with video editing software such as Premiere Pro.
- An understanding of how to film pieces to camera and capture / edit audio.
- Experience with simple motion graphics, working with templates such as lower thirds.
- An open mind to learning new skills.
- Experience with Canon products, macOS and Adobe CC - especially After Effects - a plus.
The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for producing online content, an enthusiasm for learning new skills, and experience producing content that is useful to its audience.
You will have exceptional communication skills, and be comfortable contributing your ideas to the broader team.
