About the Role

An exciting opportunity for Project Administrator to join our Project Delivery team. This position is involved in the “day to day” operations of the multi-disciplinary engineering, consultancy who offer a broad range of services, particularly in the renewable energy space. 

Tasks include but not limited to:

  • General administrative requirements and supporting the team with document control – including scanning, uploading and filing
  • Flexibility within role being able to adjust to any given task or situation
  • Maintain a filing system of site documentation and, ensuring that information is readily available
  • Setting up project meetings and meeting record keeping  
  • Organise travel, vehicle, and accommodation arrangements 
  • Provide administrative support to the engineers across the business

Experience & Skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Email software, Power Point, SharePoint
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills with a friendly, enthusiastic and can-do attitude
  • Ability to perform all duties with high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload particularly as the team are based in different locations
  • Proven ability to organise and prioritise tasks is proactive with a strong attention to detail

Special Requirements for this position

  • 2 years’ experience in Project Administration or document management or the ability to demonstrate the capabilities and personal qualities required  
  • An acceptable National Police Certificate (police clearance) is required
  • Provide evidence of your Australian citizenship or permanent residency
