The role: 

We’re looking for a confident and resourceful Head of Marketing & Communications who ideally has experience in a scale-up or high growth company, looking to grow with us. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of product launches, brand awareness and marketing & advertising across a broad range of audiences (think clinicians, clients and healthcare consumers) to support clinical trial recruitment and company marketing initiatives. 

This is a newly created role for an experienced leader ready to take on their next challenge in a fast-paced scale-up. 

You’ll be leveraging your experience to establish a strong growth strategy and set a ‘blueprint’ to help scale the business as we rapidly take on new and exciting projects and business initiatives. This means you will be working on a broad spectrum of activities and able to bring your ideas to the table. 

You may have an agency background, but importantly your experience can translate into Evrima Technologies and help shape the exciting future ahead of us.  

You will:

  • Own the company's growth marketing strategy including online and offline channels in line with business objectives of becoming the dominant clinical trial recruitment player in Australia
  • Lead and expand the marketing team to execute against the growth strategy 
  • Develop programs, campaigns, and content in conjunction with the overarching business objectives and product offerings (communications include website, social media, videos, editorial, PR, print & web advertising)
  • Establish and report performance marketing metrics and define clear campaign initiatives, identifying the target audiences, goals of campaigns and the steps to execute on them
  • Enable the marketing team to build marketing funnels and eDMs using our CRM, Hubspot at scale
  • Work effectively with the Sales, Operations and Product teams, contributing to team and company success

Our rapid hiring plans for 2022 mean you’ll also be hiring, building and leading a team as we scale nationally and internationally.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in product marketing, B2B & B2C marketing and paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and traditional channels
  • 3-5 years leadership and budget management experience 
  • Communication and negotiation skills and the ability to empathise with our stakeholders
  • Extremely well organised, ability to take initiative and manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex issues and drive smart decision making
  • Comfortable using software such Google, CRMs, survey and project management software
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proven ability to implement scalable processes and systems 
  • Have a degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent professional experience, preferred but not essential
