What you’ll learn

Gain an in-depth knowledge of property appraisals, property sales, retail management of investment properties, trust accounting and managing finance and agency staff.

On successful completion you will be awarded a Statement of Attainment with 18 units of competency towards the CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).
