The course has a theoretical focus and did not provide adequate exposure and learning applicable to contemporary HR and Industrial Relations. I was fortunate to be working within HR at the time I was studying therefore able to relate the theory in practice. A more detailed emphasis needs to be placed on Industrial Awards, workplace legislation, HR policy and change management.

A must for people considering a role managing people. Course Content is highly geared to people management and applying theory to practise. The course is relevant to both HR professionals and managers of teams.

It wasn’t for me,business can be a bit too much theory than being practical. Also the fact I am more creative I tended to think this course wasn’t a place I wanted to be. I wish the course had more creative and communication components.

Course was well rounded and helped with career growth overall. I think if they focused on more flexibility and a more dynamic approach it would help increase student interest. Overall a good place to study.

Worthwhile degree to take. Course content was relevant and very useful to find a job in the finance sector. There was a few standout teachers such as Peter Humphrey. His teaching was exceptional and he also couraged critical thinking which has proved to be a important skill. Highly recommend this course.

I have learned a lot. I don't expect my degree will made me CEO as i always work for very large multinational companies but i am more confident now then ever. I can interpret complex financial statement by myself. I'll certainly recommend this course. Don't expect this degree will give you jobs.
