Graduates are eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
For entry into this course students must have completed the following:
*Relevant disciplines include, but are not limited to: social work, community services, paramedicine, allied health, biomedical science, pharmacy, medicine
You may be able to get credit or RPL for some units of this course based on your previous studies and work experience. This means the duration of the course may be reduced.
Work placement gives you invaluable real-life skills, so you graduate ready to step into a job.
Students must complete between 640 and 800 hours of professional experience placement; which is undertaken in each trimester in health facilities within NSW.
