Graduates are eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.

Entry requirements

For entry into this course students must have completed the following:

  • Australian senior secondary studies;OR
  • Australian post-secondary or tertiary qualifications; OR
  • Hold unrestricted Enrolled Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA); OR
  • Be an international student who has completed a minimum AQF Level 7 Bachelor degree, in a health related discipline* area from a recognised university overseas, not be currently registered to practice as a nurse in Australia, and meet the English requirements of the University

*Relevant disciplines include, but are not limited to: social work, community services, paramedicine, allied health, biomedical science, pharmacy, medicine
