The core units you complete will build the key skills needed to deliver training and assessment strategies in both the vocational education and training (VET) sector and the workplace. You will develop specialised skills in designing and facilitating learning programs, delivering training sessions to both individuals and groups, developing assessment tools and unpacking units of competency from national training packages.
