Studying at TAFE has been a very great opportunity. It helped me build confidence and broaden my knowledge in IT. It may not have the best features, but I believe its the staff and teachers that makes it sdifferent They are supportive and focused in delivering their students to succeed. What I also loved about studying here is that, they have all the material and resources available for every student. This is definitely a great place to learn and grow.

Great experience gained from this course done as part of a traineeship partnering with Foxtel in the content services department. Hunter TAFE were really helpful and supported my progression through the course units via correspondence, while I was learning on the job at Foxtel.

Teachers are dedicated and try their best with what they got. Unfortunately they are out of touch with the real I.T world and when reality hit i did get a shock. CCNA course they offered was a great idea and very helpful. Overall it is a good course and is needed to get your foot in the door in a ever growing I.T world. Just realise you wont be getting paid 75k when you finish.

A good course if you want to enter into the IT industry but a very broad course. Would suggest to specialise in IT certification to actually land you a job. Additionally the practical work locations I got sent to wasn’t pleasant.

The Teachers at Meadowbank were fantastic, they really took the time to help you reach your goals. The computer lab had just been upgraded at the time and everyone had a computer to access during classes. The online portal was great too. Cisco certified training was fantastic.

This is a good course for people with some basic to intermediate knowledge of networking. Would recommend doing the certificate III in networking first.
