Entry requirements

To enrol into a Kaplan Real Estate Licence program, you must hold the pre-requisite units of competency. These units sit within the QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration and meet the minimum education requirement to work in the Real Estate industry.

What you’ll learn

On successful completion you will be awarded a Statement of Attainment with 19 units of competency towards the CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).
