This program will prepare students for a career in one of Australia's most rapidly changing industries. Student can put their name on the digital map and arm themselves with the technical, analytical and leadership skills needed to succeed. The Geographic Information Systems major will give students practical experience with GIS technologies, experience the great outdoors by choosing the Surveying major, or learn to design communities and assess the impact of their development through the Urban and Regional Planning major.

Good course. Engineering courses need more Australian content. More dedicated planning subjects would be good and less engineering/surveying content
