Bachelor of Hospitality Management

The Bachelor of Hospitality Management has a strong focus on practical learning. Students will tackle a unique work based research project, which provides them with work experience. With small class sizes, students can tailor their individual learning based on their needs and with one on one support from lecturers. Students will develop skills in: accounting, marketing, business and hospitality law, workplace communications, strategic project management, human resource management and contemporary issues in hospitality.
