The Certificate III in Accounts Administration offered a concise introduction to the world of accounting and bookkeeping. The course material could be considered challenging for those without any bookkeeping experience or educational background. However, the dedicated support of the teaching staff both through email and telephone calls ensured that any difficulty could be overcome and conquered. The assessments were fair and emphasised a practical application of the content that was covered in the coursework. These assessments were designed to reflect what accounting workers would encounter in a real-life workplace i.e. payroll queries, bank reconciliations and the creation of financial statements. All in all, this is an enjoyable course and I believe anyone can derive benefit from undertaking it.

The course was well balanced and structured, with a good mix of theory and practical application. When I completed the course I felt that I had the skills to be successful in certificate 4 in Accounting and Bookkeeping. The teachers were very helpful and responsive when I reached out to them.
