I completed the course as a day-release apprentice, like most of the other students. I found this to be the best way to balance work and study commitments. The instructors were all extremely experienced, knowledgeable and supportive, especially to those students who showed a genuine interest in pursuing a career as a chef. I would recommend this course to any students who are serious about working in the Hospitality Industry.
