Attending the course on campus was a huge bonus, allowing shared learning, discussions and experiences during class interactions that one can't obtain online. Learning support and understanding from teachers was consistent, and helpful. When I completed the course I felt that I had the skills to be successful in my new role and have since obtain work in that field.

Overall it was a good course to gather information on counselling and basic skills. However the course layout and presentation could have been better
