The challengesTime and lack of time is a serviceman's daily challenge. If you get a break down or the blast crew have a scheduled blast. It can turn youre day upside down.

The good thingsIt took me many places to service/ repair many different machines. Travel and life balance was amazing. I enjoyed being out of an office or workshop and dealing with clients
The challengesWas not much i didn't like but the career progression was not there. People stayed in their jobs for 15 odd years
