    It's not terrible but it's not great either
    The good thingsThe people where probably some of the nicest people to work with. The flexibility was pretty good, although it did depend on your role and office location. The Salary package was pretty good for the work you were doing.
    The challengesPolicies and Procedures where time consuming for no reason - stuck in their ways and would rather invest their time into procedures/policies and software that made your job hard. There was a lack of communication from senior management. The Physical Work Environnement was very bland and made it difficult to focus and be stimulated. Overall, it seemed more like an investment side hustle rather than a real construction company.

    The good thingsRecently recruited, I chose Aizer after much research of local companies. They have an excellent structure and employ knowledgeable, approachable staff at all levels. I feel the company has the potential to fulfil my career ambitions.
    The challengesLearning systems and procedures, but a supportive environment is assisting in this respect.
