    I love working here, it's a fantastic company.
    The good thingsYou are welcomed as part of the team from Day 1 - the culture is inclusive, fun, trusting, respectful and laid back. You are given ample space to run with your responsibilities and tasks with minimal supervision which allows for ownership, initiative and growth. The Directors run an open door policy which nurtures an open and supportive team environment. They also encourage staff to go out on seminars, events and courses for professional development. Overall, a fantastic company culture and a great team of down to earth, hardworking folks.
    The challengesLack of investment in up to date technologies and processes which means equipment and programs used are dated. Things that could be done quicker are being done slowly and manually. Lack of company wide communication. Company departments sometimes operate in silos.

    Challenging and frustrating at times but good support and trust from management.
    The good thingsTrusted from day one to do what I do, never questioned if I needed to purchase items.
    The challengesTheir priorities were different to mine regarding trades to be on site. Also the environment was difficult with many rules to follow that were not normal to any type of construction project I have done.
