    Its been absolutely innovating.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the healthy workers relationship and environment that does not segregate workers of different cultures instead the multicultural discipline and respect makes it significant.

    A lot of improvement needed
    The good thingsHard working colleagues and helping the greater community are drivers.
    The challengesIt’s too too heavy in the management team. No procesess are followed and at most times management are very unprofessional due to lack of experience. Flexible working is promoted as a benefit but very rarely allowed.
