What’s it like working at Ticketmaster?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Ticketmaster appreciate the flexibility and great perks like free event tickets. The customer service team is praised for being supportive, and the culture and atmosphere is enjoyed, especially for those passionate about music and theatre. The pay and benefits are also highlighted as very good.

However, some potential areas for improvement include management communication and decision making processes. There are perceived limited opportunities for career development and raises. Additionally, training could be enhanced, particularly for new systems and manager training. The work environment can also be fast-paced and high-pressure at times for certain roles.

Complete lack of organisation, micromanagement, gossipy and inappropriate team leaders. They make it very difficult for customer service agents to do their job properly. I wouldn't recommend working here. Casual staff are denied leave and they don't want to put people onto part or full time contracts. The environment is hostile and management do not manage well at any level in the contact centre.
The good thingsThe customer service agents are as good as they can be under current management
The challengesNo opportunities for career progression, they hire team leaders based on willingness and longevity instead of management skills and ability

The good thingsCasual work and some good colleagues
The challengesPoor management, infrequent work, unfairly shared out hours
