Just awful, every aspect of the organisation from the top down.The good thingsFacilities in Sydney are reasonable. There's not much else positive i can say about this organisation.
The challengesThe culture is awful, the worst i've been subjected to over a long career. The expectations on staff are unrealistic and rewards, recognition and promotions are given on the basis of words speak louder than actions.
Due to unrealistic demands on chargeability it's a dog-eat-dog mentality where everyone is competing for limited booking-hours, and so teamwork and camaraderie are non existent.
Never in my career was it as apparent that i'm an insignificant number, not a valued employee.
