    Started off very well until GM changed and went down hill from there
    The good thingsPrevious management and the way the business conducted itself knowing which direction it was originally going
    The challengesNew management, never good enough no matter how much work you put in or what your skill set and knowledge was of the systems. Being shoved in the corner and forgot about. Management not taking any criticism for their actions.

    Appalling, an experience in my working life that will be remembered for all the wrong reasons for a very long time

    The challengesManagement and hr are out of date and offer no support, non existent training or career opportunities; negative finger-pointing culture resulting in miserable team members, inter departmental rifts and poor customer experiences are common place. If you have any pride in your work ethic, steer clear

    Pretty poor, new management tried to change all these policies to quickly and created more issues than they fixed. Above award salary was pretty much the only incentive to working there. Took a pay cut to have less stress and would do it again.

    The challengesManagement, ridiculous KPIs, structures that made bonuses basically unachievable, little to no actually training, no comunication between departments e.g. warehouse to sales dept.

    A company with a lot of potential, if clueless upper management were held to account.
    The good thingsThe sales team were great to work with. Day to day interaction with warehouse staff were always positive.
    The challengesUpper management all being a clique meant nothing will ever change. They will all be untouchable, even when poor business decisions are made, purely based on this fact.

    It was a great company till new CEO came in and changed everything. My managers and supervisor were great and always made sure we were happy but there was 1 main problem is was the $$$ wasn't worth it!!
    The good thingsGot on well with all employee everyone had all there great pub stories about there cars! Was able to purchase parts at a good staff discounted rate.
    The challengesSee who would turn up to work week by week. Always had to cover someone else's role and your own.

    New management has come in which is a positive thing, the downside being, they aren't human.
    The good thingsNot a lot. Management very distant in the most impersonal way.
    The challengesMaking a change to the environment to be more employee friendly. HR department the most difficult department of the entire company. Couldn't get more unapproachable people!
