    Poor management. Wrong people in positions. Too many excuses with little solutions. Reactive not proactive.
    The good thingsThe tradies and labourers were awesome. Spirits kept high despite conditions and poor leadership in upper management.
    The challengesUpper management. Little to no respect for staff. High turnover of upper management and administration staff speaks volumes.
