    Working at AHC was the most challenging role, but also the most rewarding role I have ever had.
    The good thingsThe people and the sense of being in a good team. The value of delivering worthwhile services for the Hills community.
    The challengesNever enough resources to meet demands. Hardly anyone really understands how difficult it is to run a local government - the range of services provided is immense - and so few people appreciate you, sadly.
