I’ve genuinely enjoyed working with great people and having a strong support network that’s helped
The good thingsI enjoy analysing processes, identifying gaps, and working with multiple teams to strengthen controls and improve overall efficiency.
The challengesmanaging tight deadlines while still taking the time to understand complex processes and bring people on board with the audit findings

Not a good place to work
The good thingsDiscounted parking Discounted food
The challenges Micromanagement and Poor Work-Life Balance My experience at was highly disappointing. The organization heavily relies on micromanagement, hindering creativity and growth. Additionally, the lack of work-life balance makes it a challenging environment for personal and professional development.

Awesome to be a part of all the best events in SA
The good thingsWorking on the best events in the state Uniform supplied management are very supportive casual rates are very very good every day is different and rewarding a lot of staff have been there 10+ years
The challengesduring peak business, there can be a lot of stress. It is a Race and Rest industry in that some weeks it is flat out and other weeks it is dead quiet so hard for casuals during the quiet periods. Luckily these generally follow very busy periods so it is manageable.

I like to work with events, and to be able to always be in contact with different people, bringing satisfaction in what I do.
The good thingsI usually work with good people, different events, meeting people, most clients are kind. There are supervisors and team leaders who help whenever necessary.
The challengesSo, like any company, working with people requires patience and tranquility, but in the end, I think I only have to gain because I develop a lot as a person.
