Don't bother, unless you are okay with doing mindless repetitive tasks for the bare minimum. The good thingsStaff discount.
That is it. I'd rather pay an extra $4 at chemist warehouse than put up with this place
The challengesHere’s a tightened version under 1000 characters:
Former warehouse employee with over a decade of experience, and I was genuinely shocked at how poorly this place is run. On the surface it looks polished, but the reality is very different. Leadership felt disconnected, and many operational decisions made little sense, often prioritising cost-cutting at the expense of both staff and customers.
Pay was below industry standards, and instead of improving it, workloads kept increasing. There were repeated “promotions” or added responsibilities with temporary pay bumps, only for budgets to suddenly change while expectations stayed the same.
The environment was high-pressure with minimal support, and speaking up didn’t feel safe. Staff were overworked, undervalued, and easily replaceable. High turnover says it all.
