A supportive company with a strong passion for helping others.
The good thingsAPM is incredible for support and growth opportunities. They go above and beyond to do things for employees and there is always so much passion and drive behind the work that they do.
The challengesThe challenges would be based from performance, we are a competitive organisation that needs to achieve goals to continue getting our contracts so sometimes the KPI can be a challenge however there is a lot of support around that.

    Best avoided.
The good thingsThe core mission of the company is to help people, so it's a plus from a social contribution point of view.
The challengesCronyism, inept senior management and the absence of a cohesive corporate strategy beyond the short-term enrichment of shareholders.

Started good, gradually worsened as the organisation grew aggressively and the greed at Exec level increased
The good thingsThe local people you work with
The challengesNo accountability or consistency from senior leadership. Constant growth without supportive integration processes.

This is a micro management business that does not value its people
The good thingsGood systems in terms of IT hardware
The challengesPoor salary vs workload expectations The organisation does not value its employees which is reflective with its 60% staff turn over rate last financial year.

    Pretty poor.
The good thingsHonestly can't think of anything.
The challengesThere are no challenges. It's the same thing every day, with no time to complete daily tasks due to staffing shortage, and when you ask for career progression you are denied.
