Only worth it for the free alcohol
The good thingsGreat frequent social events
The challengesManagement is terrible and do not support their staff. They say they are always there to help and listen but when you actually ask for it they shut you down and ignore you. The management team are only there for themselves and to make more money and leave everyone else to break under the pressure of unrealistic expectations and demands

A rollercoaster ride dealing with the petty political aspirations of small people with big titles!
The good thingsRelaxed environment. Several social activities. Good office environment
The challengesArresting high employee churn is the biggest challenge. Little or no employee benefits. Lack of incentives. Reigning in bickering Directors, Managers who are willing to derail business prospects to serve their own interests.
