The challengesToxic environment, manager and receptionist constantly flirting and inappropriate behaviour, no support or training, you do more than 1 role, low pay, nobody knows what they’re doing/what their jobs responsibilities are, they triple overprice the customers for the managers extra bonuses/commissions.
