    Whilst majority of other staff are fantastic & the customers great they are disappointingly let down by directors & higher management. Most employees are not happy within the venue which makes it a very dull place to work as they are constantly disrespected by management. If it wasn’t for the customers I would not recommend working for such a place! I would also recommend reading & rereading all of the fine print on your employment contract & have fairwork on speed dial.

    The challengesNo work life balance at all, higher management & directors have no respect for staff, there’s no loyalty to staff, customers at all, rostered shifts of up to 14 hour days with maybe a half an hour break not acceptable.

    Amazing place to work that allows you to meet a great group of people, and enjoy that all Airlie beach has to offer. I only left due to having a family and relocating to Brisbane. Would go back at the drop of a hat.
