    Pretty good place to work, but much could be improved with regards to giving a new starter confidence.
    The good thingsThe staff are great. Fabulous bunch of people from all walks of life. Facility Manager is awesome.
    The challengesTraining! You receive the very barest of what you need. Its quite the struggle at times. The term "thrown in at the deep end" comes to mind. The money is not commensurate with experience.
