Good to work for. Pay is above average. Mostly excellent trainers. Facilities at Banyo campus are excellent. Other campuses are a bit dated.
The good thingsCompany is growing fast and lots of opportunities. The training side of the business is growing and they are not afraid to deck out the facilities with good quality gear.
The challengesAny company has challenges - the good staff here rise to the challenge.

The challengesgetting in contact with field officers, working with terrible host and charge a small fortune for an apprentice and pay them next to nothing. If they can't find you work they will put you into a different trade and ask you to change to that trade.
