The challengesImpossible to get a pay rise (other workers that have been there 10-20+ years can't even get one), treated unfairly, workers who do the wrong thing are rewarded, office politics, managers breaking the rules, HR are terrible to deal with (remember they work to protect the company, not support the employees), when rosters stuff up they blame it on you, management and HR refuse to follow the SCHADS award rules and then blame you for knowing your rights when they are wrong, high staff turn over for the above reasons. You get treated like a number. Don't listen to the lies that they are flexible, if you don't fit for what they want you get tossed. They'll protect the client/family in order to keep the highly funded client and burn the employee for doing the right thing, even when lower management gave you the correct advice. Clients are worth a lot more to allambi than an employee, in the end, you don't matter.
