They offer no support, and when you point out anything its the same old story it will get better 5 years of it will get better and it never did. What got better was my coping methods to get the work done, as there was no support, I was working from home, and I was able to keep my workload moving, but at a cost. Both mentally and physically. The moment I decided I was not coming back was such a relief. Yeah, the idea of having no job was such a relief. If you want to work for a place that does not care about you, then apply now, they are always hiring... The good thingsI was able to work from home.
