The challengesMy experience at Allied Credit involved poor communication within the team and noticeable favoritism. Despite following training guidelines and putting in effort, my good work was often overlooked, while mistakes were highlighted without constructive feedback. The manager appeared to have a personal bias against me, which made the work environment uncomfortable and stressful. Additionally, the manager wasn’t properly trained in how to handle different personalities and situations. Overall, the lack of proper support and feedback contributed to a toxic workplace culture.
