    Wonderful location, great work life balance however leave your career ambitions at the door
    The good thingsWork life balance, access to nature based recreation opportunities, great location, wonderful group of people really.
    The challengesLocal government processes can be onerous and can sometimes be used to favour particular outcomes. Being a small rural council there is limited opportunity for career advancement.
