    The good thingsI enjoy working with the people around me, they are welcoming, kind, extremely knowledgeable and happy to put their hand up to be involved or to provide support where needed
    The challengesWorking for a company with 2 operating gas plants, with teams who live and work remotely, and 3 office locations across Australia, it is a challenge to visit each location regularly enough to ensure there is ample support being provided to all individuals
