    Met some really great people here. My mental health deteriorated while working in such toxic conditions. Wonder how they manage to maintain license for Residential
    The good thingsSome really great coworkers and the pay is good
    The challengesHigher management right up to the CEO do not care about an employees wellbeing Technology is outdated, very paper based and the processes in place are restrictive to completing tasks, taking longer than they should. Working autonomously is not a thing, very micromanged. Raising issues is not taken positively or seriously as there is a culture of sweeping issues under the rug.

    I felt supported, I had fun and I experienced so much and learnt so many new skills that helped me grow as a person. Highly recommend.
    The good thingsThere is a variety of many good things while working at Anglicare here in Gladstone, you never feel scared or lose confidence working here because there are just so many people that are kind and supportive to you. The experience you gain is very rewarding and you'll be able to take it with you wherever you go. The administration team especially is very kind and always willing to help guide you, even if it's a gentle push that will get you out of your comfort zone and feeling more confident to achieve more.
    The challengesThere were no challenges I faced that left a negative impact, I feel like with any challenges that I faced there was at least someone nearby that I could turn to for guidance so if any challenges, I felt like they helped me grow and learn.

    The organisation has grown significantly over the time I have been with them, always looking for innovative opportunities and willing to invest in the team's development.
    The good thingsThe team at Anglicare CQ are very passionate about their roles which shows in personal interactions. They are a very supportive team and willing to adapt to changes that occur in the sector.
    The challengesThe offices are geographically diverse however the technology to manage this is getting better all the time.

    Easy and supportive environment to start working in. Lots of people to meet and get to know.
    The good thingsThe management staff are very supportive. If I had any questions, they were happy to answer them. This was a completely new experience for me and it has been amazing. I have met so many nice and supportive people.

    Fantastic place to work honestly, Anglicare has a really good work culture amongst staff which makes going to work enjoyable, the building is modern fresh comfortable & an inviting space to spend your work day, and the management team are all very supportive! They also offer fantastic work-life balance & flexibility so you get more time with your family to enjoy life instead of just work work work 24/7, and they offer above average wages compared to other orgs. Its a pleasure to work here.
    The good thingsWorking with community members makes each day interesting & rewarding. Great staff. Great management. Great home life balance. Attractive salary. Convenient Northside Location. (and Fat Friday with your work family is always a great way to end a busy week!)

    The challengesThe culture of this organisation is revolting no matter what level you’re at. They talk the talk of being progressive and equal opportunity, but their real values don’t align. Some good managers, but otherwise an entire staff restructure would do some good

    The good thingsI've been employed by AnglicareCQ for 7 years. All of which have been an absolute enjoyable experience. I've been provided many opportunities for professional growth over this time and moved to different positions internally 3 times. Management has always been supportive. I love working for AnglicareCQ
