    The challenges helped me grow.
    The good thingsFlexible time off. Very considerate of people with kids (I don't have so sometimes feels like disadvantage). Many different departments so I can only speak for what I and others in our team experience.
    The challengesApparent favouritism of friends/ long time staff that really are not suited for their role. Values and mission sound good but don't really see it.

    The only reason I left was I had a baby. I worked for three years, had so many opportunities and it improve my resume and me as a person so much!
    The good things- casual and family friendly environment - lots of opportunities - friendly staff - has a great reputation
    The challenges- sometimes in my housing job I had to do after hours on call, - working in the field of community services can be rewarding and you can learn so much, but it can also be very stressful and draining.
