    Safety NOT a Priority.
The good thingsGet to work by yourself mostly.
The challengesNever having an experience in manufacturing. or trades. Given two days training, then left to figure it out on your own. Safety massive issue. Surprised they haven't been shut down.

great company, excellent place to work, dealing with the difficult customers will get easier after you have dealt with a few and you become comfortable with them so overall excellent place to work at
The good thingsconsistent rostering times which doesn't change too much, excellent help and support from collegues, great work culture, our manager and team leader was the best
The challengesdealing with difficult customers also manufacturing issues of the vehicles which are now getting sorted out so that is really good

Off to a great start, but after 12 months it was evident that this job was like many others- lots of good heart and intentions but no progress or improvements on the ground that lead to ridiculous demands. Poor management.
The good thingsCamp leave, The other staff members, the actual product.
The challengesLack of guidance, equipment, tools and parts. Manager's that have not really earned their role. Incorrect promotions.

Best team I've ever worked with!
The good thingsFriendly, culturally diverse and supportive team. Being treated as an individual instead of just a number. Opportunity to earn decent commissions. Free rental of motorhomes/campervans for up to 4 days for each type of vehicle. Great technology for vehicle check-ins and check-outs which enables the job done very smoothly.
The challengesMeeting the sales target might give you some stress but you'll get plenty of training and support from branch manager and other teammates.

Ok work place. Money is not great, however money isn't everything.
The good thingsGoing home early afternoon. Some great work mates that become great friends. Easy, but repetitious work.
The challengesSome toxic people that don't stay long however leave a mark. Poor or lack of work caused from people who actually don't want a job and are given too many chances to have their job. Management are too harsh on the wrong people, hence why good workers leave, and that's what I did.

If you like working 9 hours straight with little to no breaks then its for you.
The good thingsDecent Pay, Friendly staff always will to help, flexible with days off
The challengesYou are thrown into the deep end quite early with no real training, a more learn as you go mentality, also being made to do to much work without any lunch breaks or breaks in general

    Great potential, poor management.
The good thingsThe company has several great benefits like a Regular BBQ/ Doughnuts 1st of every month. The company has the ability to be a great employer.
The challengesOn the manufacturing side of the business particular individuals hold \"management\" titles but fail to run day to day operations appropriately. Tools and equipment are out dated and wouldn't expect that to improve in the near future. Department leaders have \"meetings\" daily but don't work together to make overall processes more efficient (its not in my job description so someone else can figure it out). With a new larger premises they expect more output but refuse to hire more staff/ retain valuable staff. Pay could be a higher or company could do output bonuses.
