    Quick and flexible. Easy to accomodate work.
    The good thingsVery flexible - get paid based on hours worked. No stress or deadline - there is a still a performance target to be met but pretty easy.
    The challengesNothing much really, but I think there could have been more interactions between employees or managers etc.

    They require you to make yourself available everyday, but more often than not there is not an ounce of work so time wasted for no $$$
