    Bad leadership and culture I liked my role until a few years ago as I had autonomy even though our company cars are tracked. We have too many managers and they have taken our cars off us and given us hire cars. They stopped paying our bonus and micro manage us. I like a lot of the workers but the leadership is bad and not a happy place to work anymore. All the good workers have left or are leaving. It seems to be getting worse.
